Former sixth man of the year and golden boy of College Basketball, Ben Gordon, has a reached an agreement with the Golden State Warriors on a training camp roster.
After a strong start to his career, the former National Champion has bounced around the league for the past few years, with stops in Detroit, Charlotte, and Orlando most recently.
The former third overall pick remains a long shot to make the former reigning champions, but a strong camp could convince Golden State into letting the veteran stick around for awhile, a three point shooter off the bench on the Warriors could be an asset to them.
If Gordon fails to make the opening night roster, this could be the beginning of the end for Gordon, who’s stats have been on a rapid decline ever since he left Chicago. Best of luck to the gunner from London.
