Al Jefferson Agrees To 3-Year Deal

According to multiple reports, the Indiana Pacers and center Al Jefferson have a verbal agreement on a three-year, $30 million deal.

Jefferson who played the last three seasons in Charlotte becomes the second player to leave the Hornets Friday as Jeremy Lin agreed to a deal with the Brooklyn Nets.

The Indiana Pacers have been heavily active this off-season as they traded for point guard, Jeff Teague and agreed to a verbal agreement with Jefferson on Friday.

A 12-year veteran, Jefferson averaged 12 points and 6.4 rebounds over 23.3 minutes per game while appearing in 47 games (18 starts) for the Hornets last season.
