After an 0-3 start, skeptics of the Magics offseason looked like their worries would be accurate, but after back to back wins over the 76ers and now the Kings, the Magic look to be on the right track. Led tonight by a season high 29 points from guard Evan Fournier, the Magic picked up their first home victory of the season.
Bismack Biyombo came off the bench for the magic tonight and showed off why Orlando gave him a big contract in the offseason. His 9 rebounds and 2 blocks were key in anchoring the second unit. Jeff Green also played well off the bench registering 15 points on 5-9 shooting.
For the Kings, as always it seems they were lead by an exceptional game from Demarcus Cousins whom dominated Serge Ibaka and Nikola Vucevic for 33 points, but was hard pressed to find help from his teammates not named Rudy Gay. The Kings have now lost three in a row during a current 5 game road stand.
