James Harden’s dominance continues as Rockets bypass Wizards

The rockets over the span of an offseason have turned from one of the most hard to watch teams in the NBA to one of the funnest to watch. This in large part is thanks to new coach Mike D’antoni, who’s pick and role oriented offense has helped lead to some great results for the Rockets. The rockets new offense was what helped lead them to a 8 point win over the Wizards.

James Harden had 32 points and 15 assists (his fourth straight 30-10 game), he is now averaging 31.7 points per game and 12.1 assists per game, which is insane even this early in the season. Clint Capela is making rockets fans happy Dwight Howard isn’t on their team anymore, another solid performance out of Capela with 14 points, 6 rebounds and 4 blocks really helped his team defensively late.

John Wall is probably being wasted in Washington the same way Anthony Davis is in New Orleans. That’s not to say Wall is the same talent as Davis, but the roster construction from this Wizards team is baffling at times. Wall led the team with 21 points and 8 assists tonight. Markieff Morris was probably the worst player on the court last night, going 3-14 and scoring just 7 points.

FINAL SCORE: Rockets-114 at wizards-106
