Brandon Marshall agrees to two-year deal with the New York Giants

After getting released by the New York Jets last week, Brandon Marshall isn’t going too far away.

According to league sources, Brandon Marshall has agreed to a two-year, $12 million deal with the New York Giants.

Though this was the plan all along for Marshall.

“Marshall doesn’t want to move his family out of Brooklyn,” one source told DYST last week. “He wanted out of the Jets, he wants to play on a playoff contending team.”

Marshall, who will turn 33 at the end of March, had 59 receptions for 788 yards and three touchdowns last season. It marked as one of his worst seasons of his NFL career.

Marshall was scheduled to make $7.5 million next season.
