The Minnesota Vikings are 9-2 and have the second best record in the NFC. Yes you read that right and they’ve been doing it with quarterback Case Keenum.
And as crazy as it is, head coach Mike Zimmer is still saying he is “going to go one week at a time” at quarterback. Keenum, who was just named NFC offensive player of the month in his career is 9-15 as a starter and Zimmer knows who that quarterback is. With Teddy Bridgewater back and ready, a couple of bad performances out of Keenum could earn him a spot on the bench.
“That’s just the way it is,” Zimmer said. “I’m not looking to pull him, but every week is a different week in this league.”
