Larry Fitzgerald will only play for Arizona

If the Arizona Cardinals don’t want Larry Fitzgerald next season then there will be no more Larry Fitzgerald according to his father.

Larry Fitzgerald’s father told Sirius XM NFL Radio that his son will only play for the Cardinals if Fitzgerald returns for another season.

“There’s no chance,” Fitzgerald Sr. said on Sirius. “This will be it. If it’s not with the Cardinals, we’ve seen the last of Larry Fitzgerald in the National Football League wearing No. 11.”
His father would go onto add, “Larry talked to me about what he should do,” Fitzgerald Sr. said. “I told him, ‘If you still love the game and are passionate about it and with the way you’re playing, it shows me you still have it. You still want to win.’

“He really wants to get a championship ring, there’s no doubt about that. But now they’ve got a new situation there.’’

If the Cardinals can land free agent Kirk Cousins, that addition could really change some things and spark those Super Bowl hopes.
