It’s that time of year again. As the Spring season is right around the corner, it’s March Madness time. That’s right, it’s time for bracket busting, nail-biting finishes, and anxiously watching your one team that you picked to win it all fight through the field of 64.
Now while some play with friends for fun, submit a bracket on their own in a random league, play at work, or just pick games, that’s all fine.
As you’re watching the conference tournaments this week as they’ll come to a close and as you’re taking viragoes notes to prepare the perfect bracket, odds are you’re going to miss something. But at Sports Betting Dime they provide some expert analysis and insight into all the NCAA teams beforehand, also if you do decide to put some money down you can find a betting site from the list of several highly reviewed sportsbooks to help you decide which is the right option for you.
Yes it’s fun to fill out a bracket, but wouldn’t you have more fun if you could win some money with it too?
But as always I’m going to give you some of my teams that I believe can make a true run in the tournament this year. I’ll start with the obvious, I do truly believe that Duke and Michigan State will make runs into the final-four this year. Obviously this will depend on seeding and who’s on their side of the bracket. But I strongly believe you’ll see both in the final four.
On the flip-side, I don’t see Virginia or Villanova making it far. Villanova, I question their conference play and Virginia, I think will find themselves in a game where they’ll lose because they can’t score enough. Sticking on busts, I think North Carolina won’t have a far run and Oklahoma with Trae Young won’t make a deep run either. I circle the Oklahoma one, because a lot of brackets are going to have them as their “sleeper team” because everyone loves Young. Now don’t get me wrong he’s a sensational player, but his supporting cast is sub-par.
My biggest sleeper team, is the Syracuse Orange. Some experts said that this was going to be one of the best Syracuse teams ever, months before the season. However, I wasn’t impressed with them at all and thought they were a year away from being great. But, they’ve shown me some things as of late and if they make it in, you better watch out. Again all of this depends on seeding and where they land in the bracket. But watch out for these teams.
