In a week of trades and cuts, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers aren’t letting star Wide Receiver, Mike Evans get away and rightfully so. Since coming into the league in 2014, Evans has had a 1,000 yards receiving or more each year. So as a result, the Buccaneers paid him signing Evans to a five-year, $82.5 million contract extension.

The deal includes $55 million guaranteed and keeps Evans under contract through 2023. In terms of annual salary, this makes Evans the second-highest-paid receiver in football behind Steelers wide receiver, Antonio Brown.
